Folk Azores Festival 2024

The Avant-Deux du Haut-Anjou left on Friday 9 August for Portugal, travelling to the island of Terceira in the Azores. The group represented the culture of Anjou and France for the first time, and its members have fond memories of the experience.

Exchanges and sharing with 11 other cultures: Argentina, Bulgaria, Chile, Slovakia, Spain, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Peru, Poland, Romania and Portugal.

A wide variety of performances: shows, parades, dance lessons, and an orchestra featuring musicians from all the countries represented at the festival.
