Group of traditional music and dances 

L'Avant Deux du Haut Anjou was created in 1979 by Anne Faurot. Its roots are in the west of France in Pays Segréen. The "Segréen", also called "Anjou Bleu", is a territory which stretches from the borders of Brittany to the rivers of Sarthe and Mayenne. Its name is inspired by the blue of the slates, the sky and the rivers.

El Avant Deux du Haut Anjou fue creado en 1979 por Anne Faurot. Sus raíces se encuentran en el oeste de Francia, en Pays Segréen. El "Segréen", también llamado "Anjou Bleu", es un territorio que se extiende desde las fronteras de Bretaña hasta los ríos Sarthe y Mayenne. Su nombre está inspirado en el azul de las pizarras, el cielo y los ríos. 

A CIOFF-certified group 

Since 2010, the Avant Deux du Haut Anjou has been certified by the CIOFF (International Council of Folklore Festival Organizations). It is recognition of its ability to ensure quality representation in France and throughout the world. He is also a member of FAPSGAM (Anjou Poitou Saintonge Guyane Antilles Mascareignes Federation) since 1984.

Desde 2010, el Avant Deux du Haut Anjou está certificado por el CIOFF (Consejo Internacional de Organizaciones de Festivales Folclóricos). Es un reconocimiento de su capacidad para garantizar una representación de calidad en Francia y en todo el mundo. También es miembro de la FAPSGAM (Federación Anjou Poitou Saintonge Guyane Antilles Mascareignes) desde 1984.

Thanks to research, collection and meetings we have rediscovered some dances like the Avant Deux du Tremblay, a quadrille with 5 figures which is the origin of our name.
